Personal Training Policies

Client Cancellations: The client must notify their personal trainer within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment time for cancellation. If the client calls with less notice for a cancellation they will be charged for that session and it will be deducted from their package purchased.

Trainer Cancellations: The personal trainer must notify the client within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment time if they need to cancel. If the trainer calls with less notice for cancellation, the trainer will be required to give the client a free training session added to the personal training package they have purchased.

Expiration: All personal training sessions must be used within a certain period of time or they will expire* (see Expiration details below)
