Spinning classes are recognized as one of the best low-impact workouts available. Our cycling classes will teach you the techniques of bicycling while providing a fun and exhilarating experience in a group setting. You never have to sign up to reserve a spot in our Cycle Studio, which has over 20 bikes. Our state-of-the-art indoor bikes can be adjusted perfectly to suit your personal fitness level.
The Cycling instructors at the Sportscenter Athletic Club use the latest moves and have the greatest music to keep you moving and riding fast. Cycling is quite a workout – so you are required to bring water and a towel.
